Taylor
Taylor Swift has become a rare pop phenomenon: A celebrity who has strayed from traditional music into pop culture and became the pop icon of the future that will be around forever, and will conquer every corner of the globe. Swift left her country roots as though they were part of her skin revealing that she was arguably the smartest populist singer/songwriter of her generation one who could harness the current zeitgeist and make it personal and equally impressively do opposite. Swift's talents could be seen in the first songs she released, most notably the Neodue Tim McGraw. But on the second album Fearless which came out in 2008, Swift discovered who she is and find audiences across the globe. The album was able to have significant appeal not just within the U.S. where it racked seven platinum singles thanks to Top Ten hits Love Story and the hit single You Belong with Me but throughout the globe, performing especially well within Australia, U.K. Canada and Australia. The Swift's Speak Now album released two years ago, consolidated her prior success, and catapulted the singer into superstardom. Over the next three years, Swift's popularity increased through the years -- Red (2012), Reputation (2014), and 1989 (2014-2015) -- as she moved into a world of pop music where her talents were already established. The popularity of her music grew after she altered her plan with 2020's pared-down siblings Folklore (and Evermore) and stayed atop of the pop world.
